• How Do I Check Stock Availability?

    When you are at the "Basket" stage of processing your order, you will be able to see the current stock levels,
    As per the below image: 

    • Items in-stock with next day delivery will be highlighted in BLUE
    • Items with part stock will be highlighted in RED with the available quantity
    • Items NOT in stock will be highlighted in RED with 0 in the quantity box

    If you are looking for further information about expected delivery dates you can click the blue i icon, in the "options" column of the basket

  • Can I Open An Account With You?

    Currently we only take payment via card, however our sister company can offer you credit terms,

  • Can I Order Without An Account?

    Yes, you do not need an account in order to check out with Pneumatics Direct. 

    However, you can open an account to store previous orders, favourite baskets and delivery options and card details.

  • How long will my goods take to be delivered?

    If an order is pleaced before 10pm and is in stock, the item will be delivered to your next day. 
    If an item is not in stock, you will be shown the expected delivery date and can continue to process your order as normal.
    We also have a range of paid carriage charges including Saturday delivery.

  • What is the delivery time for NI and the Scotland?

    We can offer FREE next day delivery to Northern Ireland if you place an order before 3pm. For Scotland, we offer our FREE next day delivery for all orders before 10pm. However there are some exceptions to the extremities of Scotland and the Islands, where only a 2 day service is available. 

  • Where can I find your Material Safety Data Sheets?

    We have all the MSDS reports in the office for the sprays and adhesives.

  • What is your returns policy?

    Requests by you to return catalogue goods to us will be accepted subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are met:

    i  the goods are unused and are sourced from the Pneumatics Direct (a trading style of Scorpio Systems Limited) catalogue; ii the goods are in a resalable condition; iii  the goods were invoiced within 10 days of the date of return 

    iv  carriage is organised by us – goods must be ready for collection within two days after a returns number is issued. We will only attempt to collect the goods once, goods must be made available for this collection

    v the return must include a Pneumatics Direct Returns Number.  Goods returned without a returns number will be transferred to our Customer Collection Point and you will be notified to collect the goods within 7 days

    vi  Items returned must be in their original packaging where possible, all instruction manuals and accessories must also be included

    vii single line returns of less than £10 will not be processed 

    viii  any goods shipped outside of the UK must be returned to a valid UK address at your cost for us to arrange collection. Handing charges will be levied as follows: goods invoiced within 10 days of the date of return will be subject to a £5 return fee on all orders and either a 20% handling charge or £25, whichever is the greater. All goods must be adequately packed and addressed to:

    For the avoidance of doubt, returned goods will only be accepted if the above requirements are met. Pneumatics Direct (a trading style of Scorpio Systems Limited) cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers. Under no circumstances should goods to be returned be given to a local Pneumatics Direct representative. Pneumatics Direct is unable to accept any return of goods sourced on a customer’s behalf which are not listed within the Pneumatics Direct catalogue. Such orders for non-catalogue goods are non-cancellable and non-returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customer’s own risk.

  • Do you provide technical data sheets?

    Yes, all of our technical data sheets should be attached to the product. If there is not one attached, or you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
